I ordered a cheese pizza for carry out last weekend and it was not great... hard as a rock crust, too much sauce, and not enough cheese. I complained to the manager and she was very apologetic and made it up to us.
We ate in store Tuesday evening for the all you can eat buffet and everything was great! Everything was delicious, the cooks, and servers worked well together to make sure there was never a very long wait for fresh pizza/pasta/breadsticks/etc. and the service was great!
Our first experience wasn't great but they definitely turned around my opinion of them! Everyone has an off day! I will definitely be back! -

Bay-beeeeey! Pizza Hut sucks tremendously. I stopped foolin' with "The Nut", "The Smut", whatever they callin' themselves these days for a long time. Popa J's is my go to pizza chain spot. But I went for the 50% deal. Never again! Man the pizza don't taste like nothin, u hear me?!

I can tell you from my experience that my next visit will result in a change of stars. Maybe a 5 star review is in the future. While everything wasn't perfect they are trying to make the people happy. We came to this location after walking out of another just 5 miles away. Everybody seems to be working together and getting it done. I can tell you with certainty that we will be back. Jenn was great and was rushing back and forth but when she at your table she listened and you felt like you were her only table.

To the manager of the Pizza Hut (11340 Hwy 49 in Mississippi) that rudely demanded that my family move our fifth wheel out of her parking lot, please take a class in customer satisfaction. We moved our fifth wheel as you told us to and you lost five customers for lunch. We were well received down the road at Krystals. By the way, you were the only rude manager and restaurant that had anything to say to us in our cross country trip. that says a lot about Pizza Hut and you, as a manager!
